What campers say

Goose Point Park offers attractive lake views, a sandy beach and a variety of water-based recreation—fishing, swimming, boating—with lakefront and shaded sites popular for families and events. Campground and service areas are generally well kept, and staff are described as friendly and welcoming. Practical tradeoffs include some uneven or small RV sites, variable water pressure and occasional light pollution from the boat ramp and nearby campers at night. Those seeking a scenic, family-oriented lakeside stay will likely enjoy it, but RVers or visitors sensitive to nighttime light or site level may want to plan accordingly.
