About this campground
Friends RV Park in Terra Bella California is a small RV Park that caters to full time residents.
What campers say
Friends RV Park is an affordable, no-frills RV park with many long-term residents. Rent is generally reasonable and sites offer full hookups. Management is visible and helpful; recent ownership has reportedly made improvements and reduced problematic tenants. The park can feel run-down in places but remains functional. Shared bathroom and shower facilities limit privacy and occasional maintenance issues have been reported. It’s close to town and local recreation, pet friendly, and better suited for someone seeking a quiet, economical long-term spot rather than a resort. Expect cash payment and a communal atmosphere.
