Many guests are long-term or traveling workers; the park feels pet- and family-friendly and is roughly a 10-minute drive to Porterville and nearby access points for Sequoia National Forest. Grounds are groomed and rates are affordable. Tradeoffs include recurring complaints about bathroom and shower cleanliness, occasional laundry machine outages, and limited or no on-site internet, so expect simple amenities despite roomy sites and welcoming staff.
