We really enjoyed our one stay at Cornerstone. The entire campground is very clean and full of activities: hay rides, swimming, fishing, other games and activities! They have a great little camp store that cooks delicious pizzas...that they DELIVER! They offer 30-50AMP, full hook-up, laundry services, clean restrooms, and the spots are spacious. This is a great religious background family oriented campground. For the kids it is a real blast with their hamster tubes, play grounds and open play areas. Fishing from the piers is very kid friendly too with tons of little fish eager to hit a hook (bait or none). We stayed in one of their backin full hookup sites and it was suitable for our large rig and vehicles. A bit close together, but not sandwiched my only complaint is that the sewer hookup was located middle of the site = under the back of the RV. A nice rural farm road out front we were able to put together a nice little road bike ride circling down to the Indiana state trail segment out of Lewisville and then navigating back to the park via rural farm roads. Verizon 4G was solid and the nightly rate was appropriate. The only noise is from the nearby interstate but in the full hookup sites it is not that bad. Nice owners my only complaint is that they have a lot of what appear to be foreign guest workers who are in the young teenage age range. They are not friendly and appear to be there to screw around. In fact our overall vibe at the park was a bit off. Everyone was friendly with a hello but not welcoming in dialogue or conversation. At first I thought it was just me but in conversation with some others they commented the same way. It is nothing bad just a bit strange; similar to what happens when you visit a new church for the first time. The park takes Passport America and is well worth the discount rate. We would stay here again.
