Walnut Ridge was pleasantly surprising. We went early in the season, so the pool wasn't open yet. Aside from the pool and a cute putt-putt coarse there isn't many activities to do at Wildwood..but it was far from boring! Nested in a lovely wooded area relaxation is the name of the game here. There are plenty of pull-through sites, 30/50AMP service, and full-hook-up. You are a short walk from the Walnut Ridge RV store where you can find anything you may need for your RV/Travel Trailer. The community is VERY freiendly and quiet here! We did a full review which you can find here: https://youtu.be/6te7kCB56aA

What campers say
Walnut Ridge Campground is a well-kept, family-friendly park with clean bathhouses, a pool, playground and mini-golf; staff and many seasonal campers are frequently described as welcoming. The site is adjacent to an RV dealership and suits seasonal or short visits while shopping for a camper. Tradeoffs include a large number of permanent sites, uneven and often unlevel pads, limited hookups (some guests reported no sewer) and spotty Wi‑Fi. A few reviewers noted noise from neighbors and inconsistent enforcement of quiet hours. Consider it for community-oriented seasonal stays rather than a full-service overnight stop.
