Loved the stay. Just what we wanted. Really beautiful spot! Truly, sound from the train in the distance is not loud and no horn. Also, you just have to "time right" for warm shower. Big laundry room. Great cozy location to town, beautiful view!

Y Lazy R RV Park in East Glacier Park Montana offers full hookup RV camping near the small town. Grassy sites with views of the southern mountains the park is easy to access for any size RV. Located 2 blocks off US 2 guests can walk to the local stores, restaurants and art galleries. East Glacier is a very small town with an amazing outdoor environment. Laundry facilities available. Across the street is a playground at the school.
The campground has a packed gravel loop road. Sites are backins or pull thrus on mowed grass. Many of the sites are large enough to handle the biggest rigs.
Nightly rates are very reasonable. A locked bathroom is available for use.
East Glacier is located within the boundaries of the Blackfoot Nation Tribal Lands.

Nice well run little park in East Glacier. You can, and we did, walk around the entire little town and then across the street and under the train tracks to the historic inn built by the railroad as the first and main destination for early visitors to Glacier. The rate was less than $30 per night for a huge backin site on mowed grass. 30 amp power water and sewer. Very scenic view looking out towards the mountains. We will stay here again. Strong Verizon signal.
