Guests praise the attractive landscaping, a creek with mountain views, clean bathhouses and strong shower water pressure, on-site laundry and a fenced dog area. It’s conveniently located for the Smokies and Asheville and generally offers good value; an RV dump station is available to travelers for a small fee. Practical tradeoffs: some sites are tight with low-hanging trees that can challenge large Class A rigs, and certain tent sites provide 30‑amp service rather than standard 15/20‑amp outlets.
