Staff are welcoming and often escort arrivals; sites include creekside options, concrete patios, fire rings and full hookups. Amenities appeal to families: pool, splash pad, arcade, playground, kids' activities and a clean bathhouse with private shower rooms. The location is convenient for Soco Falls, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Smoky Mountains outings. Tradeoffs: sites can be close together and the resort is moderately well lit at night; a few cabin stays noted minor issues such as limited cookware or occasional pests.
