The park is clean, has a clubhouse, pool, large dog park and fishing nearby, and on‑site staff are frequently described as helpful. Many lots are long‑term or for sale, so the community leans residential and relatively quiet—appealing for relaxation but less like a boisterous family campground. Practical tradeoffs include limited laundry machines, no curbside trash pickup, and neighborhood rules that some seasonal visitors find restrictive.
