Wilson Island State Recreation Area in Missouri Valley Iowa offers partial and primitive (no water, electric, or sewer) hookup RV and tent camping adjacent to the Missouri River and DeSoto Bend Wildlife Refuge. The Bertrand Museum, sunken paddle-boat, is at the nearby Visitors Center.
