Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, and both sites and cabins are generally kept clean; cabins with private baths are convenient for families. Practical tradeoffs: some guests reported inconsistent water pressure and temperature in showers and firm bunk mattresses in cabins, and on-site wood and a site-lock fee can add to costs.
