This is just a grassy area with water and electric hook-ups (30amp) adjacent to a winery and restaurant. The sites are not well defined but we were the only RV here at the time. The water pipes had broken so they waived the $15 usual fee. Picnic table at the site. Nice manager in the winery, owner lives next door with a very friendly dog who spent the night sleeping on our picnic table. Close to other wineries in the area. Bathroom entry was flooded and had trash on the ground, and was unusable. This might be because of the broken water pipes. Nice place to stay if you’re self contained and are in the area to visit the wineries. Do not follow GPS, take I-40 exit 41 to 186S 4-1/2 miles to winery.
