White Tank Mountain Regional Park in Waddell Arizona offers 40 partial and primitive (no water, electric, or sewer) hookup RV and tent sites with a picnic tables, barbecue grills, and fire rings in a desert setting west of Phoenix. Access via 4 mile paved park road with a short steep climb. There are also restrooms with flush toilets and showers. Multiple hiking, biking, and outdoor activity opportunities exist within the park.
