Guests frequently note a friendly, hands-on owner/manager (Richard) and tidy grounds with grassy sites, level pull-through spots, clean facilities, and a notably large, grassy dog park with water and toys. The park is quiet with low traffic and many long-term residents, yet keeps spaces for overnight visitors. Practical tradeoffs: proximity to the interstate and nearby train tracks makes it convenient but can produce road noise, and a few guests mentioned the water tasting off.
