Waubonsie Trail Park Campground is a small, well‑maintained, family‑friendly site with clean restrooms and showers, playgrounds, shelter houses, and a variety of outdoor amenities (disc golf, frisbee/volleyball, horseshoes). The campground connects directly to the scenic Waubonsie Trail with covered bridges and nearby local attractions. Many sites offer full hookups, pull‑throughs and flat back‑in spots at very affordable rates, and there are a couple of rentable cabins. Because the park is compact, expect tighter turns and ask about rig length when reserving. Hosts are generally reported as friendly and the property is tidy.
