It is our first year camping, and we have had a fabulous time, as well as my grandchildren. The staff are so warm, friendly and welcoming as though we were all family. The amenities are all clean, and the bonfires and music, as well as the activities for the children are all above and beyond what one would expect from a camp ground. I highly recommend this place to anyone. We will be back.. Thank you all for making us feel so comfy. :)

Waubeeka Family Campground is a family-oriented park with clean, well-maintained cabins, roomy RV/tent sites, and a wide range of activities for kids and adults including playgrounds, water features, inflatables, fishing, boat rentals, weekend live music and themed events. Staff are frequently described as friendly and responsive. Many sites are seasonal, which creates a strong community feel but also makes weekends busy; weekday activity levels can be much lower. Practical trade-offs mentioned include occasional crowding and dust from frequent golf-cart traffic, some onsite clutter near maintenance areas, and uneven sewer hookups at certain sites.
