Watersedge Campground sits on the lake and offers lovely views and family-friendly amenities — a playground, courts and nice swimming docks. Many visitors praise the friendly, helpful owners and reasonable seasonal pricing. Tradeoffs include a small number of public sites (most spots are seasonal), sites close to the road, frequent golf-cart traffic through sites, and bathrooms up a hill with quarters sometimes required for longer showers. Organized activities are infrequent, so plan for event weekends. There are occasional reports of confrontations or management/neighbor conflicts; these appear mixed rather than universal but should be considered.
