Wapocoma Campground sits in a scenic riverside setting with easy river access, fishing and family-friendly activities. The grounds are generally well maintained and staff and owner are regularly described as friendly and accommodating. Sites include grassy, mostly level full-hookup spots suitable for tents and RVs, though many sites are relatively narrow and weekends can feel crowded. Interior roads are unpaved gravel; if arriving from the south, the Trough Road approach is narrow and winding and may be difficult for larger RVs. A few visitors reported cleanliness and ventilation issues in the bathhouse and limited laundry facilities.
