What campers say
Waltner's RV Resort #39 is frequently described as a clean, well‑kept, tree‑shaded park with convenient access to groceries, hardware stores, the regional hospital and Show Low Lake. Many guests praise the friendly, helpful manager couple and a welcoming resident community that organizes regular activities. Sites offer reliable hookups and on‑site dumping. The atmosphere is quiet and centrally located for local recreation. A few reviewers mention occasional disagreements over space reservations and park rules (including pet sign/use), so prospective visitors with specific long‑term or pet needs should confirm policies in advance.
