What campers say
Waldo’s Camp is a small, quiet riverside RV park (about nine sites) with scenic views of the Colorado River and frequent wildlife sightings. Visitors regularly note the park is clean and uncrowded, with excellent opportunities for river tubing/floating and memorable stargazing. The owner is described as friendly and accommodating, and the location is convenient off I‑10 for a short regional drive. Practical tradeoffs: this is a modest, low‑capacity park with basic amenities rather than a full‑service resort; river tubing offers little shade and some services may be seasonal or winterized.
