Amenities include a clubhouse with games, a pool and hot tub (seasonal), a fenced dog park, riverfront meadow views and bike/golf‑cart paths. Sites are generally spacious and level with gravel pads, patios and several sites that have added wood decks or picnic pavilions. Tradeoffs: site quality can vary, there are some long‑term residents, and heavy rain may leave roads or pads muddy. Overall, a comfortable choice near San Antonio.
