Viking Village Campground is a quiet, well-maintained seasonal park with tree-lined sites, shade and wildlife. Amenities include a clean, toddler-friendly pool, miniature golf, volleyball court and covered pavilion, with full hookups available. Many guests praise friendly, helpful staff and the park's convenient location near the Yahara River bike trail and about 20 minutes from Madison. Sites are primarily back-in and some are shorter or closer together, and sewer connections can be forward on some pads. While most visitors note attentive care, a few report occasional reservation or communication issues.
