Valencia Travel Village RV Park

Valencia Travel Village RV Park in Castaic California caters to long term guests with full hookup RV sites. The vast majority of the sites are pull thrus with spacing on par with other urban area RV parks. For guests wanting extra space there are some sites that open to large areas and walkways allowing for a significant "yard". This location keeps a couple dozen sites available for short term and overnight guests. Paved roads with dirt parking pads the location is adjacent to Hwy 33 travelling between Interstate 5 and Ventura CA. Recently the highway was improved and large brick sound walls were added to minimize highway noise for park guests (and it works really well - road noise is there but very reduced). When crowded the roads can feel a bit cramped for extra large RVs but RVs under 40' should navigate safely into and out of the sites. Valencia Travel Village RV Park has nicely maintained facilities including a playground, two pools and spas, clubhouse and office/store. The park accepts Passport-America for early week stays and offers progressively more reasonable rates the longer you stay. The park has a dump station BUT it is off-limits to non-guests. Propane is available. Close to Magic Mountain and Santa Clarita the park is "isolated" from the urban area due to the river basin (flood plain) behind and the highway in front. Guests are encouraged to tour the areas west of the park; Santa Paula, Fillmore, and the entire valley are some of the richest agricultural areas in the country.
