Union Grove State Park campground is a small, peaceful lakeside spot with two rentable cabins overlooking the water and well-maintained walking trails that lead to a waterfall. The lake supports kayaking, calm paddling, a beach area and docks, plus a boat ramp for small motors; fishing is available but results vary. Cabins are clean and comfortably equipped (heated floors and mini-split units reported), and the area attracts abundant wildlife.
