Small, budget-friendly RV and mobile home park with clean, full-hookup pull-through sites and reasonably low nightly rates. Guests commonly praise the welcoming, accommodating on-site management and friendly long-term residents, plus easy access to Bisbee and Douglas and attractive desert sunsets. Amenities include improved Wi-Fi and a clubhouse with high-speed service; lots are sizeable and convenient for travel rigs. A minority of visitors noted inconsistent pet rules and occasional loud or intoxicated behavior, and there is at least one report of a dispute over vehicle charging/sleeping — worth asking management about specific park policies on arrival.
