What campers say
Tucker Park is a riverside, family-run campground known for affordable, mostly quiet sites with good separation and a scenic Hood River setting. Guests commonly praise friendly, attentive hosts, clean grounds, coin-operated showers and basic flush-restroom facilities, plus convenient features like a water fill and a pay station. Riverfront sites are a highlight but access can be steep and rocky, and the river can be loud at night; swimming is best for confident swimmers. Trails are limited and the access road sees some traffic. Overall a well-kept, reasonably priced spot with a few practical tradeoffs to consider.
