Trailer Villa is a well-maintained RV park near Stanford and Menlo Park that many guests find convenient for medical or campus visits. The park is generally quiet, pet-friendly with grassy dog areas, and newer sections offer level, roomy sites and bay views with cool breezes. Tradeoffs noted include occasional tight parking at individual sites, uneven Wi-Fi coverage, and Bay Area–level pricing. Overall a dependable option for short or extended stays.

Trailer Villa RV Park in Redwood City California is central to all bay area attractions. The Pacific Ocean Beaches, Redwoods , Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf , Great America , Infineon Raceway , Stanford University and Medical Center , Professional sports teams , Winchester Mansion ,quality Theater and Concert venues plus The Wine Country in Napa. The front of the park is taken up by long term residents, the owners have added about 30 large brand new sites behind the original sites. Some are pull-through and the ones at the back of the park are back-ins.
