About this campground
What campers say
Tip O' Texas RV Resort in Pharr is a well-equipped 55+ park with clean, well‑maintained amenities: multiple pools (one heated), a spa/hot tub, fitness center, laundry and event space. Sites are level with gravel pads, the property is gated and requires a background check, and many guests stay long-term. Staff are commonly described as friendly and accommodating, though there are occasional reports of unprofessional interactions. The location is urban and convenient to shopping and nearby border towns. Some reviewers note older infrastructure and minor nuisances such as sand burrs. Overall, it offers comfort and activities for extended stays, with a few tradeoffs to consider.
