This is a favorite of ours. We have stayed here multiple times and love it. Our kids love the playground, the beach, morning donuts (not during COVID of course). They have a very friendly staff and they take excellent care of the property.

The location offers easy bike or short drives to downtown Grapevine and Fort Worth attractions. Practical tradeoffs: rates tend to be on the higher side, some sites report hard water, and aircraft noise can be noticeable on portions of the property depending on site location.
