For us this was five stars through and through. We stayed on Saturday night and on Sunday was their annual fair... no problem getting a site for $25. I have no doubt that they do have 1200 sites here it is amazing. Must have spent $500,000 on electricity boxes and cable alone! The hookups are a bit funky with the water and electric separated from your site by 3 additional feet to the rear; we had plenty of line. All the sites are in "stalls" you can park however you want in the stall. Shorter trailer? Use it as a pull thru. Bigger one like ours? Just backin. They had a motocross race going on at the track and a rodeo in the grounds. How cool is that. Very quiet at night and a fun atmosphere in the day. Thanks Campground Views you sure helped us out with this one. Your video and pics look just like the place too.

What campers say
Sweetwater Events Complex Campground is an affordable, no-frills RV option near the event complex. Many sites offer water, sewer and 30/50-amp hookups and private, clean bath/shower rooms; caretakers are frequently described as friendly. The grounds are largely gravel/dirt and can be dusty, and hookups are sometimes awkwardly placed at the rear of sites, which may require extra hose/cable or backing maneuvers. It can be busy during events and winter availability is reduced when many sites close. A fenced dog area is available for pets. Overall practical for passing-through or event stays if you accept basic, spread-out accommodations.

$25 full hookups large sites easy in and out 5 bars Verizon 4G... do you need more? Always events going on at the fairgrounds today it was indoor bmx racing. Great stop off I80 with scenic view of mountains. Sites are just gravel nothing destinationish but compared to the gravel lot for $40 that is the KOA in town this is great.
