About this campground
What campers say
Sunrise Village Mobile Home & RV Park draws mixed reactions. Several guests appreciate roomy RV lots, mature trees, a pleasant pond area and useful onsite amenities like a community room with showers and kitchen. At the same time many note declining upkeep: laundry and restroom cleanliness, overgrown/weedy yards, and slow maintenance response as rent rises. Safety and neighbor behavior were raised by multiple visitors—reports of theft, vandalism, unsupervised youths and late-night noise—though others describe the park as quiet and staff as friendly. If you prioritize space and basic facilities, it can work, but expect variable management, cleanliness, and neighborhood issues.
