Sunny Acres Mobile Home and RV

Sunny Acres Mobile Home & RV Park draws praise for its convenient access to BART and downtown Concord, quiet atmosphere, and friendly long-term residents. However, many reviewers report inconsistent, sometimes unresponsive office management and unreliable hours, plus maintenance problems, including intermittent water shutoffs, aging laundry machines, closed pool, and delayed repairs, that affect quality of life. Some mention higher rent relative to facility condition and occasional damage from overgrown trees. If you value location and a social resident community, the park can work well, but plan for possible communication and maintenance hassles.
