Sundowner Mobile and RV Park

Sundowner Mobile Home & RV Park in Farmington is frequently praised for friendly, responsive office staff, well-kept grounds, and a quiet, secure atmosphere that suits long-term guests and travel workers. On-site conveniences include a clean laundry room, a small gym, game/recreation areas and a covered gathering/grill space. Sites are spacious and the property is generally well maintained; management and maintenance respond promptly to issues. Practical tradeoffs: the park is primarily mobile homes with limited full RV services—there’s no public bathhouse/restroom facility—and some visitors note restrictive pet policies, so check rules before booking.
