Full hookups are available, but sites are tight and offer limited outdoor space and parking; larger rigs can be difficult to fit. The community skews younger in some areas, while other sections include older, more established units—some park models show wear. Office policies and customer service reports are mixed (refunds/credits and limited weekend office hours), and amenities like laundry change machines can be inconvenient. Good choice if you value cleanliness and facilities, but expect close quarters and occasional management inconsistency.
