Lots are generally level with full hookups, long, wide pads, and cable/high-speed options. Guests report friendly, helpful staff and residents and well-maintained grounds that feel safe. Practical notes: streets can be somewhat narrow for backing, and short-term or overnight parking spots may be tighter or on gravel median strips. Convenient location roughly between Phoenix and Tucson.
