This is our 4th stay at this campground and we really like it. There are activities for all ages, including a great swimming pool with children's area, shuffle board, miniature golf, lawn bowling, jumping pillow for the kids and many more. The staff is very friendly and helpful, as are the other campers. The best beach in the USA (Siesta Key) is only a 15 minute drive away, as well as the Mote Aquarium, Sarasota Children's Museum, movies and many restaurants.

The location is convenient to grocery stores and shopping. Trade-offs include narrow roads and relatively tight, older sites that may be challenging for very large rigs; some visitors reported occasional cleanliness or maintenance issues (for rentals) and periodic amenity closures. Rates can be on the higher side, but many guests return for the resort-style atmosphere.
