Well-maintained, gated community with attractive grounds and a large pool, popular for retirees and visitors seeking a quiet, social atmosphere. Residents praise friendly people, regular activities (pickleball, shuffleboard, bingo) and convenient location near University Parkway, beaches and shopping. The park mixes permanent homes with a limited number of RV sites; many sites are paved and spacious, but narrow internal roads and tight approaches can make maneuvering large rigs difficult. Proximity to the airport means occasional aircraft noise, especially early morning. Expect good amenities and community feel, but confirm site access and noise tolerance before booking.

Sarasota Lakes RV Resort in Sarasota Florida. A Residential Gated community that welcomes short-term RV Travelers year-round. They have mobile homes throughout the property, some of which are on Air BnB or rented privately. The RV park has restricted access hours from 7PM - 7AM which would require a gate code for entry onto the property. RV Reservations must be made prior to arrival. full 30mand 50 amp electric, water, and sewer hook-ups at all sites.
