Well-maintained RV resort with roomy, level concrete sites, tidy bathhouses and attractive landscaping. Amenities include a heated pool and splash pad, clubhouse with kitchen and gathering space, laundry, fitness room and occasional indoor pickleball; many guests stayed long-term and appreciated group use of the clubhouse. Staff are frequently described as friendly and accommodating. The park is quiet and conveniently located a short drive from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions. A small number of visitors found the atmosphere geared toward older, quieter guests and suggested it may be less suitable for families with young children; limited dog facilities were also noted.
