Tradeoffs include relatively close, gravel sites that can be dusty and some nighttime highway and train noise. A few guests noted bathroom and shower access can be restricted after evening hours, and long-term renters historically affected the park atmosphere, though recent renovations and management changes appear to be improving conditions. Best suited for short stays or overnight stops.
