Pretty good for $15 per night. Water, electric, sewage. Gravel sites. It is about 2 miles off I-40 South on 83. Yes, some traffic noise but, for the price & amenities for 1 night I am not complaining. Even had all pull throughs.

What campers say
SouthSide RV Park is a no‑frills, budget-friendly stop just south of Shamrock, offering full hookups (electric, water, sewer) at about $15/night. Gravel, mostly level pull-through sites and a well-lit lot make it easy for quick overnight stays; it's set in open, quiet surroundings with easy access from the highway. Payment operates on an honor‑system box. Wi‑Fi availability and decent internet strength have been reported, sometimes for an additional fee. Practical tradeoffs: minimal amenities beyond hookups and occasional reports of electrical issues at specific pedestals, so bring surge protection and basic supplies.
