Southfork Resort sits on a pleasant stretch of river and is often praised for its riverside cabins — clean, comfortable, and spacious with practical amenities like bunks, linens, mini-fridges, coffee makers, TV and Wi‑Fi. Guests appreciate the large decks, fishing and float/tubing access, and friendly, engaged owners who are working to improve the property. Practical tradeoffs: the highway is nearby and river play for younger children can be limited, and a few visitors reported check-in or customer-service issues on arrival.
