Sned-Acres Family Campground (Wine Trail Campground) is a tidy, family-friendly spot on Cayuga Lake’s west side that works well as a base for exploring the Finger Lakes. New management has been making visible improvements; staff are frequently described as friendly and accommodating. Sites are generally clean and quiet, with a small fishing pond, playground, game room and camp store for families. Expect tradeoffs: amenities have been intermittently unavailable (pool repairs reported), showers are dated and sometimes only occasionally cleaned, and site signage and drainage can be inconsistent. Gravel and site upgrades are underway in places.
