Back-Achers Campsite sits on Seneca Lake and is best known for lakeside tent sites and a short walk to a dock with paddle boats. The grounds and bathhouse are consistently described as clean and well maintained, and owners and staff are welcoming. It’s family-friendly with grassy play areas and easy access to nearby wineries, trails and local attractions. Practical tradeoffs include tightly spaced RV sites and fire rings that make campfires feel close to neighboring rigs, a few steep paths down to the water from some sites, and occasional noise or unclear site signage at night. Firewood and ice are available on site.
