The grounds and paved roads are kept in good repair, and a rustic lodge provides shared amenities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room, and rentable event space. Residents report a friendly, social atmosphere with organized activities; the park is pet-friendly and appears financially well managed with its own water and sewer utility. Boating and water access are strong draws. Note that the location is relatively remote, so shopping and services require travel.
