Sites are generally spread out, which can be convenient for groups and dogs on long leads. Amenities are basic — low-cost nightly fees have been reported and vault/pit toilets are provided. There are many hiking and biking options nearby, from easy to strenuous routes. Note that some campsites sit on dead-end spurs and access roads can be tight; larger RVs or trailers may find maneuvering difficult, and higher-elevation roads may require caution.
