Silverwood RV Park is convenient for visiting the nearby theme park, with sites within easy walking distance. The campground is generally clean and well kept, with spacious, level sites, lawns and a helpful camp store. Staff and camp hosts are frequently described as friendly and informative. Tradeoffs include limited bathroom availability during peak times and occasional shower or reservation-system issues reported by some guests. Sites offer basic hookups and picnic/fire amenities but provide little privacy and can be noisy due to highway proximity. Overall, it’s a practical, family-friendly option if convenience is a priority.

Silverwood Theme Park RV Park in Athol Idaho is located near Silverwood Theme Park and Boulder Beach Water Park and offers 132 full hook-ups RV sites and 71 tent only sites. Campers get discounted admission tickets to both parks. The well appointed campground is easy to access for any size RV and provides campers with walkin access to the theme parks. Sites are situated in an open setting with small shade trees. Not a lot of privacy between sites the location is best suited to RVs or groups camping in tents. Gravel roads and site pads with mowed grass and delineated camping pads. The campground has bathhouses with showers, playgrounds and trails roaming through the property. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring (fire wood can not be transported into the park and must be purchased on site). Easy to access off US 95 the RV park is very popular during the season. Use caution when backing into sites as each one has a large site marker made out of solid wood placed right at the blind edge of the site; these site markers are the only real obstacles when navigating the park roads. Silverwood Theme Park is located in a rural area. Your main source of supplies, should you forget something, can be found in the onsite general store. Note: Access is off N Pope Rd on the east side of US 95.

Coeur d'Alene, Idaho – Silverwood Theme Park has canceled its annual firework show due to safety and environmental concerns. The theme park said in a release that it understands the community looks forward to this event every year but has decided it is in the community's best interest to cancel the show indefinitely. The release reads, “The fire season has had a huge effect on the surrounding areas the last few years and if something were to happen during our show it would be devastating to our community.” Silverwood will continue to decorate the park for the Fourth of July and will be in full operation. Anyone who has already made their RV Park reservations for this date and would like to move them to a different date can call Guest Relations at 208-216-4420.
