We arrived 11/01/18 and are currently still here and will be leaving in April...… Nice quite park and close to everything in Bullhead City. Close to Casinos in Laughlin, NV. Very reasonable monthly rates as we pay $503 mo. There is a deli and they will deliver to your site, food and service has been great. There is laundry facilities, one room bathrooms with showers. Mailboxes are available. Employee's are very friendly and helpful. JR & The Boys

Gravel spaces this place is mostly full time snowbird residents. Everyone is real nice but overall it is not our cup of tea. Okay for a few nights stay.
