Shady Rest Mobile Home and RV Park

Shady Rest Mobile Home Park in Sebastian draws mixed commentary focused on an uncertain future and basic, dated accommodations. Several reviews mention the park being listed for sale and reports it would close around 2019, with some hoping for new management. Opinions vary: some visitors use it for overnight stays or storage, while others criticize rental-only arrangements and cite relatively high monthly rent (about $700) and limited reservation availability. There are repeated calls for remodeling and replacement of older units. Prospective visitors or renters should confirm current ownership, availability and site condition before making plans.
