Pelican's Landing Resort of Sebastian is a small, well-maintained riverside RV resort offering peaceful, tidy sites with good spacing, patios, umbrellas and picnic tables. The on-site managers are attentive and helpful, and the park provides a clubhouse, laundry, riverside dock/pergola and watercraft (kayaks, paddleboards and a pontoon). The riverfront setting is excellent for fishing, kayaking and sunrises, though the water isn't recommended for swimming. It tends to cater to longer-term or 55+ guests and is quiet and walkable to nearby restaurants — a solid choice for adults seeking a relaxed, well-kept stop on the Indian River.
