Sedona View RV Resort sits on a hill with expansive mountain and Sedona-area views, quiet after dark and centrally located for day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff and Prescott (about a 30-minute drive). Management and staff are described as friendly and helpful. Sites are roomy with good water pressure and full hookups; a small, clean laundry and limited Wi‑Fi are available. Common tradeoffs include many unlevel sites and some landscaping boulders/trees that can complicate maneuvering larger rigs. The park offers trail access for bikes and off-road vehicles, has competitive rates for long stays, and is undergoing some construction and expansion.

Sedona View RV Resort in Cottonwood Arizona provides 299 full hookup RV sites in desert setting. Opened in 2019 the park "For now, we offer brand new electric, water and sewer hooks. In the coming months we will have super fast WiFi, a salt water therapy pool, a community center, dog park and social events." Situated on a hillside the park has some scenic views. Packed gravel roads and parking pads.
